Update to my State

Greetings my fellow bloggers! Last week I had the privilege to join the Green Embers Rome Construction Crew. Today I can’t believe I completed 60 min on the treadmill, was so easy thank God it wasn’t that much of a deal. I did it with the help of Community again, this series is just hilarious! After finishing my 60 min I took a shower, then I rewarded myself with a brand new pack of cigarettes! In case there’s any kids reading, smoking kills, especially after working out. So do not try this at home, please.

I’m thinking of posting une poste hebdomadaire, french for a weekly post, updating you guys about my health & fitness state. For my Thyrotoxicosis I take a daily dose of 40 mg Carbimazole, which helps in regulating the excess secretion of the free T3 & T4 hormones. The excess secretion of the free T3 & T4 hormones, is what makes me feel hot all the time, regardless to the outside temperature. For my tachycardia I take a daily dose of 30 mg Propranolol, which helps in regulating my fast heart rate, and brings it back to normal. Finally for my OCD, I take a daily dose of 75 mg Anafranil, which helps in controlling the OCD. Wow I sure sound like an old man!

Anyway take care guys, until next week, anyone wishing to join the Green Embers Rome Construction Crew, is more than welcome :)

  2. I’ve been trying to quit smoking for a few weeks. I tend to do it worse after exercise. Not sure why. Mr. Green has people up off their butts and moving, he is really quite inspiring! Will be watching for more reports of your success:) Great start!

    • Ah yes smoking is definitely a curse! But the good thing is that working out helps in reducing the risk of diseases. Green is one of my favorite bloggers yes, he’s awesome! Thanks for passing by, hopefully I’ll continue my fitness journey. May both of us quit smoking for good :)
